Lawn IQ Company History
Ryan Malloy began his career working for another local lawn care applicator company for over 18+ years, working as a lawn care technician and working his way up the company ladder to general manager. In March 2021, Ryan and Lindsay Malloy founded Mountain Spruce Landscaping LLC with a primary focus as being a landscape contractor, building beautiful landscapes. Ryan and Lindsay returned to Ryan's original specialty in the lawn care industry by adding commercial and residential lawn care and weed control services to Mountain Spruce Landscaping LLC in June 2022. Mountain Spruce Landscaping LLC rebranded as Landscape IQ and Lawn IQ in January 2023 to better serve each of our customers unique needs on the landscaping side of business and the lawn care side of business.
